- Warranty in case:
THIEN DI PIANO perform service warranty in the following cases:
1.1. In the event of a malfunction is determined by the fault of a technical staff during the service execution.
1.2. Piano does not show signs of 3rd party interference (external Fix).
1.3. The serial number, the stamp on the piano and the warranty card must be the same, intact, not torn or scratched.
1.4. The piano is not affected by the environment (water permeability, corrosive chemicals, heat-damaging insects).
- These cases are not warranted:
2.1. The service can not identify the source that customers have used THIEN DI PIANO reserves the right to refuse warranty.
2.2. The service or component has expired or is lost in the warranty card.
2.3. Warranty card, or warranty stamp torn, no warranty stamps, warranty stamps overwritten or modified.
2.4. The warranty card does not specify the Serial number and the date of purchase-perform service.
2.5. The serial number on the machine and the warranty card do not match or cannot be determined for any reason.
2.6. The piano is damaged by mechanical impact that drops, breaks, bumps, scratches, dented, damp, rusty or caused by fires or natural disasters.
2.7. Pianos show signs of damage due to rodents (for those without a mouse box) or to insects.
2.8. The product is damaged due to improper use of manuals, regulations.
2.9. Arbitrarily dismantling, changing the piano structure or components, using the wrong instructions, using the wrong parts.
2.10. Products purchased at THIEN DI PIANO but beyond the warranty period, THIEN DI PIANO will provide Fix services for a fee.
- These Fix cases charge:
n case of components or services that you have purchased or used in THIEN DI PIANO but are in the Cases not covered by the above warranty, we will accept Fix with charge (if you request).
Fix fee will be negotiated by THIEN DI PIANO or apply according to the price list for each item with you.
