The policy of returning the piano after Fix and cancellation is applied completely free of charge for all services distributed by us. As follows:
- 12 hours in advance from the time of receiving the appointment (for Fix service) or for the first 3 days (from the date of receipt of goods) for components. If you feel “dislike” or “not suitable” you can change to another service or component that is equal to or higher than the service / component ordered earlier. Service / components to be exchanged must be un-performed services or components with intact stamps, marks, packages, accessories, without any external effects on the product.
- In the first 07 days (from the date of receipt of goods), defective parts from the manufacturer you will be exchanged another 01 of the same type. In this case, you are exchanged unlimited times, the new product will be charged 07 days to exchange goods from the beginning as new goods purchased.
- We will carry out product inspection steps before exchanging goods as prescribed.
- For piano tuning service, please accept the test as soon as the technician completes the service. The guitar has been tuned, aligned, and after taking over THIEN DI PIANO, it is not responsible for re-calibration because the characteristics of the default guitar will be deviated during use.
- Pianos that do not use strings can also become naturally distorted due to the tension of the strings and the elasticity of the strings.
- In some cases, the pin is no longer able to withstand the tension of the strings, leading to the fact that the strings are lowered quickly, even if they are too old and the strings will be dropped immediately after tuning. In this case, the technical staff will come up with solutions that can replace the pin.
- The technician is responsible for surveying the condition of the herd, explaining the terms and agreement with the customer before performing the Fix service.
